Do you install customer-purchased lights?
Yes, we do. While we prefer to install our high quality, commercial grade lighting we will work with you to get the results you desire.
What kind of lighting do you offer?
Our preferred lighting products come from Clarolux, the only 100% made in the USA lighting fixtures on the market.
How are your lights purchased and where? Do you buy in bulk?
Yes, we buy in bulk to deliver the best prices possible and our primary vendor is Clarolux, a respected made-in-the-USA lighting vendor.
Do you use any special type of equipment when installing lighting?
We use the proper equipment depending on the type of lighting project. Lighting and wiring are always properly secured and grounded to assure you and your guests are always well-protected.
What type of insurance/bond coverage do you have?
Lumenate Brentwood is appropriately covered with liability insurance and has Worker's Compensation coverage on workers to ensure your project is protected should a mishap occur.
What is a typical price range customers can expect?
Since every project is customized it is hard to define “typical”. For permanent outdoor landscape, lighting costs can range approximately $250-$325 per fixture. Keep in mind, these permanent fixtures not only add beauty and security to your property but add value. Event lighting will depend on what you wish to accomplish and Christmas lighting can range from $500-$1000 for simple roofline lighting and go far beyond that for more exotic displays.
How is your work guaranteed and how do you stand behind your work?
We have a limited lifetime warranty on all fixtures we provide and a five-year warranty to bulbs. If there are any issues, we will replace fixtures free of charge.
When and how are the dates of installations chosen?
We always give priority based on a first-come, first served basis but will work with you to deliver time-sensitive projects on schedule.
Do you do both residential and commercial displays?
Absolutely! We work with private homeowners and commercial projects ranging from small offices to public buildings.
Do you get a lot of referrals and/or returning customers?

How and when do I pay for my service?
Payment is made upon the completion of your project. We prefer check, cash, and Venmo.
